Student Ambassadors are designed to give students the opportunity to be leaders among their peers. Students who are nominated for the role of Student Ambassadors exhibit integrity, trustworthiness, respect, and leadership among their peers and on a daily basis. These students are nominated by their teachers, and they are student student ambassadors per homeroom.

Who Are Student Ambassadors?
- 6th - 8th grade students who work with the FMS school counselor Mrs. Williams to offer support and resources to their peers.
- They meet once a month or as needed during Patriot Period or after school to receive information and training that will help them be more effective in helping others.
- Students who are leaders.
- Mentor new students who come to FMS
- Provide a tour for potential new parents and students
- Help other students with school related problems
- Speak to elementary school students to assist them with their transition to middle school
- Athletic Banquet ushers and helpers
- Help with after school activities
- Serve as a Farmville Middle School leader
